Breakfast With Champions Committee

Handles all aspects of the annual KCBF Breakfast with Champions.

Continuing Legal Education Committee

Provides oversight and support for exploration of new topics and subject matter for CLEs.

Fair Campaign Practices Committee

Considers complaints about unfair campaign practices in judicial election campaigns and recommends action.

Judicial Officers Survey Committee

Advances the bar's goal of achieving excellence in the administration of justice.

Judiciary & Litigation Committee

Proposes possible changes in judicial administration and projects designed to enhance Bench-Bar relationships. 

Lawyer Referral Service Committee

Works to enhance the referral service's ability to serve both the public and panel members. 

Leadership Development & Nominations Committee

Consists of up to nine members appointed by the KCBA President who identify and recruit KCBA members to serve on the KCBA Board of Trustees.

MLK Luncheon Committee

Plans and publicizes a luncheon held to commemorate the life of the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Member Services Committee

Ensures that KCBA serves the needs of its diverse membership with a view to increasing the organization’s capacity to serve the community.

Public Policy Committee

Formulates positions on public policy matters and develops advocacy strategies.
